It takes up very little space, washes quickly, unfolds and folds very easily - it is very convenient to use. I have no objections to the work and quality of the juice. The juicer turned out to be faulty. Customer service is non-existent, no response regarding the defective unit has been received for a week. The people answering the phones are incompetent, not committed to helping solve the problem, they refer people from one to another. Original review (pl): Wyciskarka okazała się wadliwa. Obsługa klienta jest żadna, przez tydzień nie udało się uzyskać odpowiedzi w sprawie wadliwego egzemplarza. Osoby odbierające telefony są niekompetentne, niezaangażowane w to, by pomóc rozwiazac problem, odsyłają od jednej do drugiej.
